Patricia (Pati) Froyo-McCarty is an executive and leadership diversity development coach, specializing in coaching leaders seeking to transform themselves and their organizations by being at their best in their professional and personal lives. Pati partners with executives in high-demand careers to achieve clarity about what they want, connect with the support they need, and regain balanced fulfillment. Pati is trained in several coaching specialties, which she integrates to formulate bespoke coaching programs customized to her clients’ needs. Pati is an IFTT Certified Thought Coach, and she is also a Narrative Coach Core Practitioner and Strength-Based Coaching specialist. Prior to starting her coaching business, Pati worked for ExxonMobil for over 30 years, where she held a broad range of executive leadership positions in the Downstream business. Pati graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami in Florida, under a full academic scholarship, earning B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. Pati has been a passionate advocate for mentoring and active supporter of inclusion and diversity throughout her career. Pati served as Advisory Board Co-Chair for the Global Organization for the Advancement of Latinos, Chair for the Women Interest Network Global Sustainment Committee, and has been an active member of several ExxonMobil Downstream Women’s Leadership Team committees focused on mentoring and outreach. Pati is a board member at the Ellevate Network Washington D.C. Chapter, a member of the Washington National Opera Audience Development Committee, and a member of the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center Women & Wine Event Auction Committee.
